A former Chairmanship aspirant in Ikorodu North Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Oluniyi Oladeji Akinola, and members of his foundation, Oluniyi Oladeji Akinola Dynasty, have declared their total support for the re -election of Rep. Babajimi Adegoke Benson as the representative of Ikorodu Federal Constituency.
There has been massive support for the three – term lawmaker following a newspaper publication that a certain group is opposed to his 4th term bid, a claim which has been debunked by the group.
In a statement signed by Hon. Akinola who is the founder/chairman of the foundation, said that the lawmaker, who is the Chairman, House Committee on Defense, has set a standard in representation and remains the most competent voice to speak for Ikorodu in Abuja.
“Hon. (Dr.) Oladeji Oluniyi Akinola and the members of Oluniyi Oladeji Akinola Dynasty, hereby, declare our unwavering support for Hon. Babajimi Adegoke Benson, for the House of Representatives, Ikorodu Federal Constituency in 2027.
“Hon. Babajimi Adegoke Benson is the gold standard of representation. His track record of impactful projects and accessible leadership is unmatched. He remains the most competent and experienced choice to amplify Ikorodu’s voice in Abuja”.
The grassroots politicians, while emphasizing their support, said:
